Honestly, I kinda slapped the list together in a few minutes with Deruka's guide to help me find decent budget alternatives for the extra deck, and chose some tech options based on some anticipated threats: For a simple investment of 1500 gems you can obtain the Magicians' Souls package with a side effect of having almost every good Dark Magician card, which translates into having a decent deck for the Legend Anthology.
